KidsParadise policy is to have a high ratio of adults to children. This allows us to have a Key Person system, which gives each member of staff particular responsibility for just a few children. As a result, each child in the group has one special adult to relate to, which can make settling into a group much easier. In addition, the key person can tailor the group's activities for each individual child.

The majority of KidsParadise staff have obtained Early Years NVQ level 2 or 3, have paediatric first aid training and have attended appropriate locally arranged courses
The manager of the setting has obtained a BA in Early Childhood Studies and Education and has over 15 years of experience in working with children.
All KidsParadise staff have been screened by the Government Disclosure and Barring Service or its predecessor organisations, which is aimed at preventing unsuitable people from working with children.
